CAQA LXP is a learning experience platform from the CAQA Groups family, an initiative of Career Calling International. Where a traditional learning system manages courses, an LXP is built around people — their skills, their goals and the pathway between the two.
Our focus is capability, not noise: personalised pathways, living skill profiles, carefully curated content, visible progress and honest recognition. The platform is designed as an experience layer that works alongside the learning and student management systems organisations already run — including the wider CAQA platform family.
